3.3 Performance characteristics.
3.3.1 Physical properties. The properties of the materials shall be as specified in table II.

3.4 Environmental conditions.
3.4.1 Physical properties at high and low temperatures. The properties of the materials shall be as specified in table III. The requirements shall be met when tested at the specified temperature after a 0.5 hour soak (see 4.8.6).
3.5 Workmanship. The workmanship shall be such as to ensure a product which is uniform and in accordance with this specification. All the materials shall be free of dirt, foreign matter, or other contaminants (see 4.9).
