and the conductive material (6 inches x 3 inches x 1 inch). The comparison cells shall have
blue polyether foam of similar porosity substituted in place of the conductive material. The
metals shall conform to the following specifications:
a.
305 stainless steel per SAE AMS-QQ-P-35 or ASTM A967.
b.
Bare 7075 aluminum per SAE AMS-QQ-A-250 or ASTM B209.
c.
Bare 2024 aluminum per SAE AMS-QQ-A-250 or ASTM B209.
The test cell set-up and bonding schematic is shown in FIGURE 5.
